1. Return & Exchange Window

    • Eligibility Period: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
    • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

2. Eligible Reasons for Return/Exchange(Physical Products)

We accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

    • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We require clear photographs or videos of the damage for verification purposes.
    • Incorrect Items Received: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please reach out to us. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and dispatch the correct one at no additional cost.

3. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

    • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
    • Items without original tags attached.
    • Items purchased during a sale or clearance event (unless the item is damaged or due to seller error).
    • Digital Products: All digital products, including eBooks, workbooks, online courses, software, or downloadable templates, are non-refundable and cannot be returned once purchased or delivered.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

    1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at info@mirava.services within 7 days of delivery.
    2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the reason for return/exchange, and any supporting photographs or videos.
    3. Approval: Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
    4. Return Shipping: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to damaged or incorrect items sent by us.
    5. Return Shipment: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging and ship them back using the provided label.
    6. Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return/exchange criteria.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

    • Refunds: If your return is approved, a full refund (minus original shipping costs, if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
    • Exchanges: For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item to you once the returned item is processed.
